Shaping a Strong Identity

Within a context of labour shortages, the FCCQ entrusted us with the creation and deployment of the Onboard an Intern program. From the outset, we developed a distinctive visual identity that is consistent with the Pratiques RH platform. We also defined a clear positioning, supported by key messages tailored to SMEs and micro-enterprises, in order to highlight the concrete benefits of the program and avoid any confusion about its main objective: access to wage subsidies for onboarding interns.

Simplifying Through Technology

To support the operational implementation of the program, we designed a customized digital platform. This allowed companies to create a secure account, easily submit their grant applications, track their progress in real time, and view all their previous files. This technological solution not only streamlined the internal management of the program, but also improved the user experience by offering transparent and centralized monitoring, thus contributing to the credibility and effectiveness of the system.

Propelling the Program on a Large Scale

Simultaneously, we deployed an integrated communication strategy which combined traditional advertising, targeted digital campaigns, partnerships with major media outlets, and influencer marketing. The approach was based on a consistent message delivered through various channels: sponsored articles, radio spots and podcasts, advertising videos, web banners, carousels, and GIFs on social media. This multi-channel coverage quickly raised awareness of the program, generated over 7.5 million impressions, and maximized the use of the 4,000 grants available in record time.
